On longer shifts, supervise pre-prepared meals and help with teeth brushing if needed. He thrives in a calm, playful environment with clear boundaries and responds best to an adult who supports his ideas while guiding gently. English is spoken throughout; materials are provided by the family to continue developing his strong language skills.
